Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and managing clients, developing relationships with potential and existing customers, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Automotive, Marketing, or Business preferred)
• Experience: 03 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, premium products, or retail sales
• Automotive Interest: Basic knowledge or strong interest in car modifications, aftermarket parts, and automotive trends
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Digital Skills: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, CRM tools, and Google Sheets
• Customer Handling: Ability to interact confidently with customers and understand their vehicle requirements
• Sales Mindset: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Availability: Willing to work weekends, automotive events, or exhibitions when required
