Role Overview:

We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal.

You'll identify opportunities, qualify leads, run discovery calls, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to ensure strong client outcomes. In our lean team, you'll also contribute insights to improve campaigns and messaging based on real client conversations.

Your pipeline directly translates to company growth.

What You'll Do:

Sales Execution:

  • Lead generation through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and outbound efforts
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and decision processes.
  • Present KozkerTech's AI solutions aligned to client pain points
  • Manage CRM, track opportunities, and forecast revenue
  • Develop tailored proposals with clear ROI
  • Handle negotiations and close deals
  • Ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams
  • Nurture relationships for upsells and referrals

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Provide frontline insights to refine campaigns and targeting
  • Support messaging, case studies, and sales collateral
  • Share feedback on channels driving high-quality leads
  • Contribute to webinars or industry initiatives

Compensation:

  • 22,000 per month (fixed salary)
  • Performance-based commission structure

Who This Role Is For:

  • 12 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals and lead generation
  • Comfortable with CRM tools
  • Based in Kochi or willing to relocate for a full-time, on-site role
