Silver King is a Jaipur-based B2B 925 silver jewellery company specializing in premium heritage, polki, and kundan silver jewellery. With a team of 15+ skilled karigars and a reputation for craftsmanship, we serve retail jewellers, boutique stores, and luxury brands across India. We are now expanding our sales team to match our growing demand and unlimited lead pipeline.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and sharp Sales Executive who can take ownership of our incoming leads, build relationships with potential B2B buyers, and convert them into long-term customers. This is not a cold-calling role — you will receive a steady flow of qualified leads. Your job is to engage, follow up, negotiate, and close deals.

⭐ Daily leads provided, no cold calling required. Performance-based growth up to ₹1 Lakh.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage and respond to all incoming B2B leads promptly via calls, WhatsApp, and email

•⁠ ⁠Understand buyer requirements and present the right product range from our catalogue (Heritage, Polki, Kundan, 925 Silver collections)

•⁠ ⁠Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline from enquiry to order

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, boutique owners, and bulk buyers

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and terms while maintaining company margins

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a detailed CRM/lead tracker with status updates on every lead

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the production team (karigars) for custom orders and delivery timelines

•⁠ ⁠Share daily/weekly sales reports with management

•⁠ ⁠Gather market feedback and buyer insights to help the company refine its product offerings

•⁠ ⁠Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English is compulsory — must be able to communicate confidently with buyers in spoken and written English

•⁠ ⁠Hindi proficiency is also required for day-to-day coordination

•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and closing skills — you know how to convert interest into orders

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to perform

•⁠ ⁠Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of silver jewellery, gemstones, or the B2B jewellery trade is a strong plus

Good to Have

•⁠ ⁠Existing network of jewellery retailers or boutique store contacts

•⁠ ⁠Experience in WhatsApp-based B2B selling

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Jaipur's jewellery market and karigar ecosystem

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of 925 silver, polki, kundan, and meenakari jewellery categories
