About the Role:
As a Product Consultant for Phifer, you'll be the face of our brand in the fieldengaging with potential customers, showcasing product benefits, and closing sales through impactful product demonstrations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage daily lead assignments and conduct at least 3 high-quality product demos per day.
- Perform regular field visits to engage prospects and existing customers.
- Update and maintain CRM records with customer feedback, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Drive the sales funnel through persistent and professional follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate product presentations with potential clients.
- Report on lead conversion and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum qualification: 12th passed; a technical diploma/engineering is a plus.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a vehicle.
- Strong communication skills in the local language; English proficiency is beneficial.
- Ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
- Familiarity with email, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
