Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will also ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Market research and business development skills
  • Understanding of industrial switchgear, electrical equipment, or similar products is preferred
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
