Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting RGL DECORS interior solutions in Chennai. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding client requirements, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are translated accurately into deliverables and following up to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Client relationship management abilities, with experience in handling residential, commercial, or corporate customers.
  • Knowledge or interest in interiors, architecture, or real estate, with the ability to understand and explain design and project details to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as needed for Chennai.
  • Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client visits, and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
  • Comfort using basic office and CRM tools for tracking leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining records.
  • Prior experience in interiors, construction, real estate, or similar industries is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
