Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting leads for ELO House's rental properties. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and property presentations to negotiation and closing. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with individual renters, corporate clients, and real estate partners, as well as conducting regular site visits and property inspections. The Senior Sales Executive will track and report sales performance, collaborate with operations and marketing teams, and provide market feedback to support pricing and portfolio decisions. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or related sectors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, conduct regular field visits, and manage multiple properties and client interactions efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, basic data analysis, and standard office productivity tools.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (such as Tamil) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required, including weekends or evenings based on client needs.
