Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective learners, and present TERV PRO's programs and solutions. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting product demos or consultations, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and following up to convert leads into enrollments. The role involves collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine messaging, achieve sales targets, and provide accurate information to prospective customers. The Inside Sales Executive will also address customer queries, support a positive learner experience, and contribute feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates should ideally have familiarity with CRM tools and basic data reporting.
  • Candidates should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in inside sales or education technology.

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA (based on skills, experience, and interview performance)
