Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective learners, and present TERV PRO's programs and solutions. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting product demos or consultations, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and following up to convert leads into enrollments. The role involves collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine messaging, achieve sales targets, and provide accurate information to prospective customers. The Inside Sales Executive will also address customer queries, support a positive learner experience, and contribute feedback on market trends and customer needs.
