Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, and presenting solar and renewable energy solutions tailored to customer needs. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with company targets. The Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, follow up on new inquiries, and coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, providing market feedback, and representing the company at local events, trade shows, and industry interactions as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Proficiency in relationship management, client communication, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of solar and renewable energy solutions, or willingness and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities to handle multiple leads, proposals, and deadlines.
- Comfort using productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and presentation software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in solar, energy, or infrastructure is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, conduct field visits, and travel within the region as required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
