Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Field Sales Executive will actively identify and meet prospective clients, understand their real estate needs, and present suitable property options. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, coordinating property showings, and explaining key features, pricing, and terms. The role involves managing leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and following up to convert prospects into successful transactions. The Field Sales Executive will also support negotiation, coordinate with internal teams on documentation, and stay updated on local market trends, inventory, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of real estate concepts, local Jaipur property markets, and basic legal and documentation processes (training can be provided).
  • Ability to plan and manage field schedules, handle multiple leads, and maintain accurate records using basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-intensive, on-site environment.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or field sales is an advantage but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages, and access to reliable transportation for client visits within and around Jaipur.
