Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive for our retail store located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will oversee daily retail operations, assist customers in selecting products, and ensure excellent in-store experiences. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, driving sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and organized to encourage a welcoming environment for shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fashion and styling consultations to clients
- Maintain deep knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand philosophy
- Collaborate with the buying and visual merchandising teams to align style choices with product availability
- Monitor client preferences, introduce them to new collections, and drive sales through personalized recommendations
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets
- Ensure the store maintains a premium presentation standard
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in fashion consulting, personal styling, or luxury retail
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of premium/luxury brands and high-end clientele
- Ability to drive sales and exceed targets through personalized styling
- Strong organizational and time management skills
