Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive for our retail store located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will oversee daily retail operations, assist customers in selecting products, and ensure excellent in-store experiences. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, driving sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and organized to encourage a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized fashion and styling consultations to clients
  • Maintain deep knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand philosophy
  • Collaborate with the buying and visual merchandising teams to align style choices with product availability
  • Monitor client preferences, introduce them to new collections, and drive sales through personalized recommendations
  • Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets
  • Ensure the store maintains a premium presentation standard

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in fashion consulting, personal styling, or luxury retail
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of premium/luxury brands and high-end clientele
  • Ability to drive sales and exceed targets through personalized styling
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
