Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, present suitable luxury property options, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, coordinating with internal teams and developers, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in CRM tools. The role involves building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their investment and lifestyle requirements, and providing consultative guidance on residential, commercial, and other asset categories. The Sales Executive will also stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches to support informed client recommendations and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth and corporate clients.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze property data, and present insights clearly to clients.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations) to manage leads and documentation.
  • Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Prior experience in real estate, luxury sales, financial services, or consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is desirable; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai for client meetings
