Rephlexion is a fast-growing signage manufacturing company based in Pune, known for delivering creative, durable, and high-impact branding solutions. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to help scale our client base and strengthen our market presence.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Identify new business opportunities and target segments

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and client meetings
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Proposal & Presentation

  • Create customized proposals and impactful presentations
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver innovative signage solutions

Negotiation & Closure

  • Lead negotiations and successfully close deals
  • Work with finance and legal teams for smooth contract finalization

Market Expansion

  • Explore new industries and untapped markets
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share

Reporting & Insights

  • Track sales performance and market trends
  • Provide actionable insights to improve strategies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 210 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in signage or manufacturing)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of signage products and industry trends
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
