Job Title: Sales Executive (B2C)
Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven
Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling B2C sales through calls, converting leads into customers, and maintaining proper follow-ups using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Maintain minimum 3 hours of talk time daily.
- Convert leads into sales through strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure proper lead follow-up and customer relationship management.
- Work with dialer systems for outbound calling.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2C Sales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Experience working with CRM and dialer systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Laptop and stable internet connection required (if applicable).
