About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing SaaS Sales / Growth Executive who can drive revenue by generating leads, running product demos, and closing deals for our SaaS platform.

This role requires someone who understands B2B SaaS sales, is comfortable engaging with decision-makers, and can manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate should be confident in product demonstrations, outbound outreach, and pipeline management, with a strong focus on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for potential customers
  • Clearly communicate the value and features of the SaaS product
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Follow up with prospects and move deals through the pipeline
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve messaging
  • Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Required Skills & Experience
    • 26 years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B software sales
    • Proven experience in product demos and closing SaaS deals
    • Strong understanding of SaaS business models
    • Experience selling to US or international clients is a plus
    • Experience with outbound sales and demand generation
    • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfortable explaining technical products to non-technical buyers

  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working with startup SaaS companies
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
    • Experience selling HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, Marketing Tech, or Productivity SaaS
    • Knowledge of AI-powered SaaS products

  • Work Requirements
    • Remote role based in India
    • Must be willing to work during US business hours
    • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup

  • Compensation

    Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives / commissions
