Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Daskroi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks involve presenting product solutions to customers, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role will also include market analysis, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for strengthening customer relationships
• Ability to conduct Market Research and use Analytical Skills to identify opportunities
• Customer Relationship Management skills, including account management and ensuring satisfaction
• Self-motivation, organization, and time management capabilities
• Experience in packaging machinery or engineering solutions is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Willingness to work on site in Daskroi and travel as needed for client meetings
