Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Reliant Housing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms
  • Handle walk-in clients and explain project details confidently
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into bookings
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update CRM with client interactions and sales progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, accounts) for smooth closure

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong convincing ability and sales mindset
  • Good knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
  • Ability to handle pressure and targets
  • Basic computer & CRM knowledge

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Male/Female both can apply
