Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented *Academic Counsellor* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them choose the right programs.

This role requires strong communication skills, a learner-first approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrolments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify and connect with potential learners through various channels (calls, walk-ins, online leads, referrals, etc.)

* Conduct counselling sessions via phone calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions

* Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs

* Handle and manage leads generated from digital platforms and other sources

* Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions

* Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and parents

* Coordinate with Sales and Academic teams to ensure smooth enrolment processes

* Participate in workshops, seminars, and in-center activities to increase walk-ins

* Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions

* Deliver excellent counselling experience and customer service at all stages

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Good convincing and negotiation abilities

* Passion for counselling and engaging with learners

* Ability to handle multiple leads and meet targets

* Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage

*Preferred Experience:*

* Candidates with prior experience in Education / EdTech / Academic Counselling will be given preference

* Experience in sales or customer handling roles is an added advantage

*Education:*

Any Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred but not mandatory)
