.Position: Sales Executiv

eWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and expand our distributor and retailer network across West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain business relationships

.Key Responsibilitie

• sHandle and develop business with distributors and retailers across West Benga
• lVisit markets regularly to generate sales and expand the company's customer bas
• eMaintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and retail client
• sIdentify new business opportunities and appoint new distributors/retailers in potential area
• sAchieve monthly and quarterly sales target
• sEnsure proper product placement, order collection, and payment follow-u
• pMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirement
• sCoordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and product suppl
• ySubmit regular sales reports and market feedback to managemen

tEligibility Criteri

• aMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in garments, textiles, apparel, or FMCG distribution sale
• sStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill
• sWillingness to travel extensively across West Benga
• lTarget-driven, self-motivated, and capable of handling field sales independentl

yCompensation & Benefit

• sSalary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per mont
