Recruitment Mantra Hiring Sales Executive for Thyme India Private Limited – Kolkata (CTC: 5–8 LPA)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales Executive who is passionate about client engagement and business development. The role involves generating new leads, building lasting client relationships, and representing the company in key industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and networking.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Refractory or related industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Job Location: Kolkata

Annual CTC: 5 – 8 Lakhs / PA
