Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve conducting market research, executing sales strategies, generating leads, and delivering compelling presentations. The role includes maintaining client satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with skills in lead generation and relationship management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Experience in Strategy Execution, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technologies
  • Understanding of coal, solar energy, logistics, or textile industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
