Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Sales Executive will be tasked with actively identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting residential properties, providing detailed property presentations, and building strong client relationships. The role includes conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining sales records and staying updated on market trends to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in real estate and property-related fields
  • Ability to conduct detailed presentations and discussions about various property features and benefits
  • Knowledge in real estate trends, local market insight, and customer service
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications such as MS Office
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in local language and English is highly advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
