Job Description

Designation: Field Sales Executive

Job Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and confident Field Sales Executive to grow our client base, build relationships, and drive revenue across your assigned territory. This is a front-line, on-ground sales role—ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients such as gyms, hotels, corporates, housing societies, and sports clubs.
Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field visits.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.
Maintain daily visit reports and regularly update the CRM.
Attend trade shows, expos, and fitness events as required.

Who We're Looking For

1–4 years of field sales experience (fitness, medical equipment, or B2B sales preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
Comfortable with daily travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment is an advantage but not mandatory.
Graduate in any discipline.
