Primary Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Industry & Sector: A fast-growing player in the Real Estate / PropTech sector delivering property services, client acquisition solutions, and localized sales operations across Indian markets. The role is fully on-site and focused on building customer relationships, converting leads, and driving revenue within assigned territories.
About The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join a dynamic on-ground sales team. You will own territory-level prospecting, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and consistently hit monthly targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience to homebuyers, sellers, and channel partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive on-site sales by proactively generating and qualifying leads across assigned territories through door-to-door outreach, events, and channel partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycleconduct property/site visits, present offerings, negotiate terms, and close transactions to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and local influencers to expand referral networks.
- Log and update all sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions in the CRM daily; follow up promptly to reduce sales cycle time.
- Analyze territory performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement local marketing/sales tactics to increase conversions.
- Collaborate with operations and customer support to ensure smooth handover and high post-sale satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 13 years of proven on-site / field sales experience in real estate, property services, or B2C/B2B sales in India.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets; strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and maintaining accurate sales records.
Preferred
- Existing local network of brokers, channel partners, or prospective customers in the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with property documentation and basic legal/commercial terms related to property transactions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within territory for on-site engagements.
