Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying potential clients, generating leads, establishing relationships, and managing sales pipelines. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding their training or staffing needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customized business solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in working with corporate clients, colleges, or educational institutions is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or sales management software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and opportunities
  • Relevant experience in education, training, or staffing industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
