Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive at MantraCare, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding our corporate partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to start their journey in a high-impact business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients in target markets.
  • Pitch MantraCare's EAP and wellness solutions to HR and business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client engagement.
  • Track and report performance metrics using CRM and outreach tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mind-set.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
