Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in architectural sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, managing existing relationships, and closing profitable deals while working closely with design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the interior design and architectural market.
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
  • Present interior design products, concepts, and services effectively to clients.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, sales proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with design, project, and execution teams to ensure smooth handover and timely project delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Track leads, follow up regularly, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and interior design products.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 57 years of proven experience in architectural sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and current market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
