Role Description

This on-site role is located in Surat and is a full-time position for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, conducting negotiations, preparing sales strategies, achieving target numbers, and liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Providing detailed product information and maintaining up-to-date reports on sales activities will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and communication.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with market trends, product marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Some prior experience in the Home & Kitchen, Health & Personal Care, or Beauty product sectors is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
