Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales
by generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, and closing deals. The role involves
end-to-end sales responsibility, from prospecting and cold calling to negotiations and final
closure.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B clients through online portals, LinkedIn,
databases, and company directories
Make outbound cold calls to companies to introduce products/services
Qualify leads and understand client requirements
Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deals in CRM
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
Work closely with Operations Team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections
Ability to research and find company contact details
Understanding of B2B sales process and lead generation
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused
Good Communication skills and MS-Office Knowledge.
MBA in Sales & Marketing
Prior experience in Inside Sales OR BDE Profile.
