Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative with at least 2 years of continuous experience in a single organization. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and open to traveling for face-to-face client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients
- Present company products/services effectively and confidently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations/marketing/accounts) for smooth execution
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in one organization (mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-driven personality
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
