Job Title: Sales Executive

Organization: Prayas The Innovators Society

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: INR 30,000 - INR 50,000 per month

Job Summary:

Prayas The Innovators Society is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative technical products to a diverse range of organizations, including businesses, educational institutions, and government entities. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical products, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients across various industries to promote technical products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our technical offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and advancements in technical products to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling technical or innovative products.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
