Job Summary
As a Sales Executive Senior Living, you will drive sales growth by engaging with potential residents and families, conducting community tours, and building strong referral networks. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and cultural understanding to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with potential residents and families.
- Conduct community tours and deliver impactful presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Perform additional responsibilities as defined by the Head Sales Senior Living.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
- Fluency in Kannada & Tamil (knowledge of additional southern regional languages is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Knowledge of the senior living industry and market trends is an added advantage.
