About The Role
We are hiring an
Inside Sales Executive responsible for converting leads through phone-based and virtual sales efforts while consistently meeting performance targets. You will work closely with a supportive, collaborative team and receive coaching and feedback to help you grow your sales skills and advance your career. The role requires strong communication and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound sales calls
- Qualify leads and close sales
- Meet daily call and monthly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting

Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Tamil or Telugu fluency required (necessary to effectively serve regional customers)
- 14 years of inside sales experience preferred
