Reporting to: Head Sales Senior Living

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive Senior Living, you will drive sales growth by engaging with potential residents and families, conducting community tours, and building strong referral networks. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and cultural understanding to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with potential residents and families.
  • Conduct community tours and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as defined by the Head Sales Senior Living.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
  • Fluency in Kannada & Tamil (knowledge of additional southern regional languages is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Knowledge of the senior living industry and market trends is an added advantage.
