Key Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads (no cold calling) to understand their lighting needs.
- Provide consultative sales support, recommending decorative and architectural lighting options suited to the client's space and design intent.
- Build relationships with architects, designers, and builders.
- Offer paid site visits or invite clients to experience our lighting centers.
- Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, or walk-ins.
- Confidently close high-ticket sales and identify upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, logistics, and production teams for seamless client experience.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Well-groomed and articulate, with a professional yet friendly personality.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure positively.
- Willingness to learn the art and science of lighting sales.
- Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.

- Industry: Candidates from Luxury Lighting Dcor or Furniture Brands will be highly preferred

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Rotational (Saturday & Sunday off not allowed)
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Dress Code & Grooming: Strictly formal attire and well-groomed appearance is mandatory as we are a luxury brand
