We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive to join our team at Sicons The Pet Safari. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and providing product recommendations to ensure the best experience for pet parents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a love for pets, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their pets, upsell when appropriate, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, including pet food, toys, accessories, and grooming products, and provide informed recommendations.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for their pets.
  • Cash Handling & Billing: Manage point-of-sale operations, including billing and handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, maintain proper stock levels, and participate in regular inventory checks.
  • Promotion & Upselling: Support in-store promotions and actively engage with customers to promote new products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience 0-3 YEARS in sales or retail, preferably in the pet or FMCG industry or Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Important to have computer skills and familiarity with billing systems.
