Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing property sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (walk-ins, site visits, digital leads, referrals, etc.)
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects or units
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
14 years of experience in real estate sales or related fields (property consulting, banking, insurance)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Good knowledge of local real estate market trends
