Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for Lighting & UV Solutions. This is a full-time position based on-site in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, providing tailored UV lighting and air/water purification solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role will require preparation of sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network
• Drive sales of lighting and UV product lines
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Identify new market opportunities and convert leads to revenue
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Qualification

• 34 years of sales experience in the lighting industry
• Experience in dealer network management (must)
• Exposure to UV lamps / UVGI systems (added advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel
