Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and resilient Sales Executive with 23 years of B2B sales experience (industry agnostic) who thrives on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering valuenot just pushing products. The role is full-time, on-site, and based in Pune.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and translating technical product capabilities into business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify, research, and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to generate leads.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular prospecting and follow-ups.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Actively listen to customer pain points, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships by ensuring continuous engagement and value delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical, production, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Execution

  • Conduct site visits, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare and present tailored quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
  • Share insights with internal teams to inform product positioning and improvements.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit summaries.
  • Maintain CRM or Excel-based tracking of sales activities, quotations, and closure statuses.
