Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Mohali district. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include cold calling, conducting client meetings, negotiating contracts, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The role requires continuous collaboration with the sales team, as well as staying updated on market trends and company offerings to effectively promote PE's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • An understanding of market trends, customer needs analysis, and competitor activities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a focus on achieving targets and goals
  • Prior experience in the energy, utilities, or renewable sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
