Role Objective:-

The SaaS Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing relationships, conducting product demos, closing sales, and driving revenue growth across SMBs, ITcompanies, and startups.

Job Location and Address:

This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

  • Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full B2BSaaS sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to showcase MaxelTracker's value proposition.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers and manage renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and ITdecisionmakers.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/others) to manage pipeline and track performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment and event followups.
  • Prepare weekly reports for leads, demos, closures, and revenue tracking.
  • Represent MaxelTracker in industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 13years of B2B/SaaS sales experience (preferably in productivity, HRTech, or analytics software).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales metrics, funnel management, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience conducting live product demos and managing enterprise or SMBaccounts.
  • Selfdriven, organized, and comfortable in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedInSalesNavigator, and emailoutreach software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling to SMBs, ITconsultancies, or agencies.
  • Exposure to remote work tools, productivity software, or workforce analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of modern SaaS GTMstrategies and productled growth concepts.
