About the role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base in Indore. Your main job will be to reach out to car workshops and fleet owners, explain how PartsNow works, and get them to start ordering parts through our app. You don't need to be an expert in auto parts — but you should have a basic understanding of common parts like filters, brakes, batteries, and engine components so you can talk confidently with workshop owners.

What you'll do

  • Visit and connect with car workshops and fleet operators in and around Indore
  • Explain the PartsNow app in simple terms and help customers get started with placing orders
  • Build good, long-term relationships with workshop owners and fleet managers
  • Follow up regularly with existing clients to make sure they are happy and keep ordering
  • Look for new business opportunities and bring in new customers every month
  • Collect feedback from customers and share it with the team to help improve the app and service
  • Keep a record of your daily visits, leads, and sales in a simple CRM or tracker
  • Meet monthly sales targets set by the team

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry (spare parts, tyres, lubricants, accessories, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of common auto parts — you should know what a brake pad, air filter, or alternator is
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Comfortable visiting customers directly and building relationships on the ground
  • Honest, reliable, and target-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Smartphone-savvy — comfortable using apps, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools
  • Existing contacts with workshops or fleet owners in Indore will be a big advantage

Good to have

  • Experience working with an auto parts distributor, dealer, or online marketplace
  • Familiarity with how workshops source and order parts today
  • Own a two-wheeler for local travel (fuel reimbursement provided)
