Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into clients. The role involves direct interaction with customers, understanding their requirements, and driving closures across real estate and interior service offerings.
The company provides qualified leads; the primary focus of this role is conversion, client management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with company-provided leads and assess client requirements
- Present and explain service offerings including real estate units, interior design solutions, and visualization services
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and project closures
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Required Skills and Competencies- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet targets
- Client-focused approach with strong follow-up discipline
- Basic understanding of real estate and/or interior design services is preferred
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, calls, and digital communication platforms
Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (mandatory)
- Experience in real estate, interior design, or service-based sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits- Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
