Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the industry sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
