Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Panthea Medicare Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding our market presence in the surgical disposable products sector.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting hospitals, nursing homes, and surgical distributors in Vadodara and surrounding regions.
Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, procurement heads, and hospital administrators.
Product Expertise: Effectively demonstrate and present our range of surgical disposable products, highlighting quality standards and sterile compliance.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent field visits and follow-ups.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to provide regular updates to the management team.
Collections: Ensure timely payment collections and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Medical Device or Surgical Disposable industry.
Knowledge: Familiarity with surgical products (e.g., urine bags, IV sets, syringes, or surgical drapes) is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with a professional demeanor.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally for field sales and on-site client meetings.
Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is an advantage.
