Role: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: Surat Diamond Bourse (SDB)

Type: Full-time | On-site | 9 am to 6.30 pm

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.

Handle communication, training, and mentoring within the sales team.

Develop and implement sales management strategies to enhance business performance.

Negotiate effectively and build long-term relationships within the diamond industry.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication & customer service skills

Proven experience in sales & sales management (Minimum 2 years)

Ability to train, mentor, and lead teams

Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills

Knowledge of the diamond industry (Preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
