Padmansha Technologies Pvt Ltd. is leading manufacturer and exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our dealer network across Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.This is a field-based position ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in building and nurturing dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust network of dealers and distributors.
- Conduct regular field visits to prospects and existing partners.
- Achieve sales targets through effective market outreach and relationship management.
- Promote products and services with persuasive communication and presentations.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain dealer networks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Languages - Proficient in English,Tamil and Basic conversation in Hindi, Malayalam
