Job Title: Sales Executive – IT Services (FMS / AMC / Managed Services)
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in IT Services sales, including FMS, AMC, Managed Services, and Professional Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT Services (FMS, AMC, Managed Services, Cloud, DC)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, SMEs, and SI partners
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with solution, presales, and delivery teams
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, RFP responses, and presentations
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (Lead Proposal Negotiation Closure)
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams for pricing, solutioning, and contract finalization
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of:
- FMS (Facility Management Services)
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Managed Services
- IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Network, Cloud)
- Good knowledge of commercials, margin, and costing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling enterprise / corporate clients
- Familiarity with RFP / RFQ / Tender process
Experience:
- 2–6 years in IT Services Sales
- Experience with System Integrator / IT Services company preferred
Education:
- Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
