Role Overview
We're seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in the education and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will excel at building long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, and organizations, while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard potential institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates).
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, client meetings, networking, and digital outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to drive closures.
Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM data.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
What You'll Gain
Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience: 13 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales (education sector preferred).
Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Comfortable with field visits and client interactions.
