Job Description

Position Title: Inside Sales Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years
Budget: 3-4.5 LPA
Location: Mumbai (Andheri) (Local)
Notice period : 1 month -immediate joiner

Role and Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing leads, and building client relationships. You will actively contribute to achieving sales goals and support our mission of delivering value-driven IT solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating qualified leads through proactive outreach to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Understanding client requirements and suggesting appropriate IT solutions to drive conversions.
  • Engaging with customers over the phone to explain products, answer queries, and close deals.
  • Following a structured sales process with proper planning, lead tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinating with principal vendors for solution design and finalizing commercials.
  • Negotiating with vendors and distributors for better pricing and payment terms.
  • Collaborating with the back-office team to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Tracking order status and ensuring timely delivery and post-sales follow-up.
  • Monitoring collections and ensuring timely payment from clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in the system.
  • Contributing towards overall profitability, client satisfaction, and retention.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
  • Good negotiation skills and business sense.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in CRM or sales automation tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
